When you download the STR Performance Scorecard:
We collect your first name and email address. We use this to deliver the scorecard to your inbox and to send you a short series of follow-up emails about STR performance and design. You gave your consent to receive these when you checked the opt-in box on the download form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
When you fill in our contact or inquiry form:
We collect your name, email address, property location, and any details you choose to share about your project. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to assess whether our services are a good fit for your situation. We do not add you to any marketing list without your separate consent.
When you book a call through Calendly:
We collect your name, email address, and any answers you provide to our intake questions. This information is used solely to prepare for and conduct the call.
When you visit our website:
We may collect non-personal technical data such as your browser type, device type, and general location. This is used to understand how our website is being used and to improve it. This data is not linked to your identity.

Email subscribers: We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your data is removed from our active list within 30 days.
Inquiry and contact form submissions: We keep these for up to 2 years in case of follow-up.
Client data: If you become a client, we retain project-related data for up to 10 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Google Forms and Google Workspace — used for contact and inquiry forms, and for internal business communications. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
Facebook Pixel — we use the Facebook Pixel on our website for analytics and to measure the performance of any advertising we run. This tool may collect data about your visit. You can opt out of Facebook's data collection through your Facebook account settings or via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
